We are seeking an organised and experienced (minimally 1year) Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative & Executive Support
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel schedule
Organise and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.

Handle incoming emails, calls, and requests, prioritising and responding as necessary
Project & Task Management
Assist in key projects, deadlines, and deliverables
Research and compile data
Liaise with vendors and suppliers
Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks
Any other related duties/projects assigned by Supervisors from time to time to meet business exigencies
Confidentiality & Compliance
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Well organised with strong attention to deail
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise effectively
Proactive and self-motivated
Diploma and above
