Job Responsibilities:
Rotate across departments including Sales, Project Management, Design, and Operations
Assist in day-to-day project coordination and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Learn the end-to-end interior renovation process, from conceptual design to project handover
Support senior management in strategic planning, administrative tasks, and execution of business initiatives
Participate in client meetings and on-site visits to gain practical insights
Take on assigned projects and report on progress and learning outcomes
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Interior Design, or related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome – training will be provided
Strong interest in the interior design and renovation industry
Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
