- Salary range S$3,800
- 6 working weeks
- Flexible working hours description for PT
• Familiar with product production, production standards, and provide high quality products and services.
• Overall responsibility for kitchen operations and maintenance of kitchen equipment and food quality.
• Plan the application, acceptance and processing of raw materials according to the daily business situation; Work closely with the team to ensure the quality of barbecue products; Manage cost control in the processing of raw materials.
• Coordinates with the Chef to develop a production-related work plan for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure increased productivity and control waste.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Develop supply chain systems including purchasing, kitchen and logistics management
Any other tasks assigned by the management require:
• Good communication skills and passion for the F&B industry
• Able to speak English and Mandarin
• At least 3 years or more of work experience in a similar position or in the F&B industry (Korean or Japanese barbecue experience)
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
