Responsibilities:

Making outbound survey calls /follow up calls (up to 50% of time, depending on campaigns and volume)
call script and training will be provided
Data entry to ensure data accuracy (call survey results update)
Adverse finding to be escalated for further investigation /follow up
Key person to support administrative duties such as (50% of time or more):

Creating/revised SMS templates
Sending of weekly SMS/SMS reminders/preparing reports
Assist to streamline department processes to increase operations efficiency (ie. SOP/reporting/etc)
Support in Call Quality assurance

Uphold confidentiality and data security standards
May need to undertake project if any

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in MS Words/Excel(pivot table, formulas etc) / Powerpoint
Min Diploma with some experience in Insurance sales/customer service is preferred
Good communication skills and detail oriented
Experience in call centre (outbound call) is preferred
