KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the front desk operations to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
Warmly welcome clients and manage check-ins.
Schedule appointments and handle cancellations.
Respond to client inquiries with an in-depth understanding of our services.
Process payments and manage client records.
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure a calming ambiance.
Perform daily closing procedures, and ensure all payments are accounted for.
Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional client experience
Other administrative duties as assigned by outlet manager.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual; fluent in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues)
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good attitude | Service orientated | People person
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week
