KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the front desk operations to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.

  • Warmly welcome clients and manage check-ins.

  • Schedule appointments and handle cancellations.

  • Respond to client inquiries with an in-depth understanding of our services.

  • Process payments and manage client records.

  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure a calming ambiance.

  • Perform daily closing procedures, and ensure all payments are accounted for.

  • Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional client experience

  • Other administrative duties as assigned by outlet manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the wellness or hospitality industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual; fluent in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage (to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues)

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good attitude | Service orientated | People person

  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays | 5.5 Days a week
