The Job
We are looking for someone to join the company's merchant onboarding team. They would be exposed to a fast-paced business environment and be exposed to several new learning opportunities.
• Identify and research potential restaurant partners in the market.
• Reach out to prospective merchants by phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct presentations to showcase the benefits of joining our platform.
• Support the partnership negotiation agreements and terms.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to provide a smooth integration for new merchants.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and pipeline status
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback from merchants to improve our service offerings.
The Talent
• F&B, Retail or E-commerce background
• Experience establishing relationships and managing projects.
Experience with sales principles and customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in B2B sales desired
• Self-driven, motivated and entrepreneurial; ability to own outcomes and make things happen
