What You'll Do:

• Drive outbound sales efforts, hunting for new business opportunities and building a strong client base, managing the pipeline from qualification to closing deals

• Identify and profile potential accounts to expand the clients and industries, leveraging your network or creating new connections to drive growth

• Develop compelling presentation materials and accurate quotations that are tailored to clients’ needs

• Work closely with project and management team to ensure alignment client expectations for project success

• Represent Adrenalin at industry events, networking sessions, and meetings to expand visibility and influence

• Track and report on business development activities and sales metrics, using data to identify areas for improvement

• Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and social media innovations to keep strategies fresh and competitive

Who We’re Looking For

• A hunter mindset with a proven ability in outbound sales and a strong focus on generating new business.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the events or marketing industry, or a solid sales background in related fields.

• Highly motivated, self-starter, and sales-driven, eager to be rewarded through attractive commissions.

• Strong network of contacts or the ability to quickly establish valuable connections.

• Stays relevant and aligned with market trends, with a passion for leveraging social media and staying ahead of industry innovations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge in using social media platforms and simple editing tools like Canva to create content when needed.

Salary;- Basic + Good Incentives
