Job Description
• General Administration:
• Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth office operations.
• Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
• Sales & Customer Support:
• Support the sales team in handling customer inquiries and processing orders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, quotations, and invoices.
• Logistics & Marketing Support:
• Coordinate logistics-related activities, including shipment tracking and delivery scheduling.
• Manage data entry and maintain databases related to logistics and marketing operations.
The Successful Applicant
• Has 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, administration, logistics, or a related field
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of logistics operations and processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and ERP system.
• Excellent business acumen, organisation skills and attention to details
• Resourceful, fast learner, and the ability to work independently
