About the Role

  • Responsible for the management of facilities management services for the Site assigned.
  • Lead and supervise a team of contractors to ensure that the Site is maintained so as to meet the service standard.
  • Oversee the security and fire safety of the Site.
  • Respond to emergencies and lead the team to attend to the situation.

About You

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or its equivalent with minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in leading a team in carrying out facilities operations management.
  • A valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification to perform FSM duties.
