We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician Personnel to join our team, working on delivering comprehensive interior construction and renovation services for a wide range of projects under the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment or systems according to project specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
  • Ensure all tasks meet the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including BCA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members on-site.
  • Complete necessary documentation and reports, including service logs and maintenance records.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or potential risks to management.
  • Assist in any other related tasks as required by the team.
Requirements:
  • BCA-registered technician
  • Diploma or relevant certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building related field experience.
  • Good understanding of BCA regulations and safety standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
