Roles & Responsibilities:
Overseas all the establishment’s operations, i.e. both customer-facing and back of house activities (e.g kitchen, inventory management)
Plan organize, and direct an establishment’s operations
Support back of house activities and other operational support functions (e.g. customer service, shift scheduling, cashiering, closing of bill, ordering inventory, office paperwork
Manage inventory, resource requisitions and purchases
Overseas staff recruitment and training
Maintain food standards and quality control
Analyse establishment’s performance and review operational processes to identify opportunities for innovation and/or application of technology, as well as improvement of work practices
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, tailored to customer profiles
Requirements:

Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines
Always delivering high-quality food and beverage products
Responding efficiently and accurately to feedback and complaints
Generating sales and meeting targets through proper execution of marketing strategies
Hire, train, and retain team members
Maintain Standards and Standard Operating Procedures for store operations
Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities
Regularly inspect equipment to ensure they are maintained well and in good working order
Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
Diligent team player passionate about F&B operation
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Determined and capable to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours:
6 days’ work week, up to 44 hours per week
Working hours: Weekday - 11am-3pm, 5:30pm-10:30pm
Weekend - 10:30am-3pm, 5pm-11pm, Off on Tuesday
