Job Description

Oversee the performance and activities of more than 3 outlets, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to new and existing kitchen team members, ensuring high performance and skill development.

Ensuring work environment is engaging, supportive, and motivating.

Actively participating in the preparation and cooking of food, setting standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.

Monitor the quality of menu items being prepared, making sure each food item meets our brand’s standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

Ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner, especially during peak hours, while maintaining high quality.

Implement operational standards for kitchen performance, cleanliness, and overall workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Actively participate in addressing any internal audit findings, and support in developing and implementing outlet-specific resolution, corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor the outlets’ inventory of food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that all ingredients and materials are stocked and fresh.

Collaborate with suppliers to place orders for necessary ingredients, equipment, and other supplies, while keeping costs under control.

Minimize food waste by managing ingredients effectively and finding ways to use leftover products creatively.

Quickly resolve any issues that arise in the kitchen, such as equipment malfunctions, staff absences, or supply shortages.

Adjust operations to meet unexpected challenges, such as changes in menu items, customer demands, or staffing issues.

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of food safety standards, include proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices.

Ensure that all team members follow health and safety protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
