POSITION: Fixed Part Time/ Full Time Operation Assistant

Job Description:
- Need to manage and monitor equipment, cleaning solutions and cleaning standard
- Daily operation to manage client / a pool of floater and cleaner queries, schedule and feedbacks
- Need to respond to messenger till staff schedule end
- Able to communicate well/fast with client, floater and cleaner through various channels (e.g phone calls, Chat / SMS, emails, walk-ins)
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Responding promptly to client inquiries & complaints Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional client support
- To arrange floater or cleaner jobs schedule and monitor cleaning standard
Working hours: Shift work
Shift 1 - 7am - 4pm
Shift 2 - 9am - 6pm
Shift 3 - 2pm - 11pm
[Part Timer will work 3days, Full timer is 5days]
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, scheduling
- Minimum with Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant and friendly personality
- Strong problem solving capabilities
- Computer literacy
- Able to work
