Responsibilities:
Managing the customer service counter
Attending to shoppers and tenants’ enquiries / feedback
Support Marketing Communications activities including but not limited to issuing of contest coupons / gift vouchers, handling promotional gift / bank rewards redemptions
Handling systems relating to shopper management and loyalty programme
Ad hoc administrative duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
