  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing quotations to customers, processing orders upon receipt of purchase orders, coordinating shipping arrangements once shipments are ready for dispatch, and performing light packing for local shipments.

Location: Tiong Bahru / Henderson Area

Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to $3000 (Depending on suitability and qualification)

Duration: 1 year contract, with an option to convert into a permanent staff.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and provide customer quotation and follow up with customer if needed.
Receive and review the PO from customer, and place order to the suppliers. Confirm the order details such as lead time etc.
Liaise with customers to arrange the shipping details, coordinate with logistics and monitor the shipment status.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Preferably 1-2 years of similar experience.
Excellent communication and able to work in a team.
