Job Details:



Provide efficient and courteous service, complying with guests' requests when possible.


Handle telephone calls promptly within three rings and be familiar with room types, rates, and availability.


Take ownership of guest complaints, following procedures and reporting to supervisors for further action.


Ensure guest room security and adherence to emergency and fire procedures, promoting safe deposit box use.


Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, city attractions, and events, ensuring effective communication with hotel staff.
