  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Opportunity


Work in reputable worldwide provider of legal and business provider
Working commitment: Freelance basis (Candidates will be informed 2weeks-1month in advance for their commitment)
Location: Central
1 year contract contract (can renew/convert)
Up to $40-$50 per hour (depending on recordings duration)


The Talent


Candidate with prior law background (Studies/Work) Exp is preferred
Excellent command of English Vocabulary and grammar
Exceptional hearing and comprehension skills is a must
Min Diploma/GCE A level in any disciplines


Job Description


Proofread all transcripts prior to submission.
Produce high quality transcript in accordance with delivery deadlines.
Utilize all available supporting information to ensure accurate transcription
Ensure glossaries are kept up to date.
Undertake cross-training on a variety of jurisdictions as directed by the business.
Maintain familiarity with various audio playback platforms such as Liberty, FTR, VIQ
Maintain close communication with other transcribers and Transcript Manager/Coordinator
Maintain close communication with Monitoring team, providing constructive feedback on audio quality/logs when necessary.
Action any feedback provided by the QA Lead Analyst or Transcript Manager in relation to quality or productivity.
