Luxury Fashion Retail Supervisor (Basic up to $4,200/5 Days/Central Area) ***URGENT
Job Description:
5-day workweek, including public holidays and weekends. (Rest day based on roster)
44 hours per week.
Salary range: $3,500 – $4,200 + Commission
Fixed meal allowance: $150 per month.
Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and VB
Team and individual sales commissions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve personal sales targets and lead the team to meet collective store targets.
Evaluate, train, and coach staff in alignment with company policies to support business strategy and sales goals.
Identify opportunities to recruit new customers while fostering long-term relationships with existing ones.
Promote and represent the brand with in-depth product knowledge and professionalism.
Ensure high standards of store presentation and efficient stock management.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned to support store operations.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail.
Strong expertise in store operations, sales and service, as well as people management and training.
Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent problem-solving skills.
