Rotational Shifts (location-based):
Morning: 7am – 4:30pm / 7:30am – 5pm
Afternoon: 1pm – 10:30pm / 1:30pm – 11pm
Night: 10pm – 7:30am / 10:30pm – 8am / 11pm – 8:30am
Job Highlights:
Be the first point of contact for guests – smile, solve, serve
Handle guest requests, room info, and calls like a pro
Upsell room options where possible – earn trust, build experience
Ensure safety and comfort – follow procedures, report issues
Share hotel info & Sentosa attractions like a local expert
You’re a Fit If You:
Hold a Diploma in Hospitality (entry level welcome)
Can work rotating shifts
Have a warm, service-first personality
Know Opera or have hotel front desk experience (bonus points!)
