ARRIVAL CLAIM AGENT (AIRPORT)
• For FLEXI/Part Time - PICK YOUR PREFERRED SHIFTS/DAYS!! Minimum working days (3 weekdays + 1 weekend).
• Compulsory 5-7 days of training (MUST ATTEND FROM 5-9 May)
Job Description:
Adhere to operation procedures, including utilizing company issued devices and applications.
Attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.
Assist passengers with odd size bags
Ensure orderliness of baggage presentations through proper communication and coordination with the Baggage Back of the house.
Handle late baggage presentation due to adverse weather, aircraft issues etc.
Assist passengers with self-creation reports.
Assist with mass baggage mishandlings.
Understanding of various airlines requirements for crew and/or paxs arrival bags
Available Shift Timings:
1330 - 2130
1630 - 0030
Transport reimbursement claimable for shifts ending at 0030 (Max $30 per trip, to be paid out biweekly)
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
- Able to stand long hours & physically fit
