Job Description:
1. Inventory & Stock Control
Receiving & Inspection – Verify and check incoming delivery against purchase orders and delivery documents. Stock Recording – Maintain accurate records in the Infiniti Inventory Management System (IIMS) for real-time tracking. Storage & Organization – Allocate space efficiently based on materials, lifting gears and equipment’s type. Cycle Counts & Audits – Conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies. FIFO & FEFO Compliance – Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expiry-First-Out (FEFO) principles.
2. Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordination
Picking & Packing – Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in labeling and documentation. Cargo Handling – Work with the Rework Team for stuffing, lifting, and organizing LCL/FCL shipments. Cross-Docking & Consolidation– Assist in transferring goods between inbound and outbound shipments efficiently. Coordination with Transport Teams– Schedule dispatch with the Transport Department to meet delivery timelines.
3. Compliance & Safety in Logistics Operations
Regulatory Compliance – Follow logistics regulations to ensure safety in warehouse. Inventory Security – Ensure warehouse security to prevent theft or loss. Lock the materials with digital lock and keep track the record.
4. Reporting & Coordination with Other Departments
Real-Time Inventory Updates – Keep the Procurement Team informed of stock levels and reorder points. Asset Tracking – Work with the Procurement Department for warehouse asset monitoring. Discrepancy Reports – Identify and report stock variances, damages, or shipment issues. Audit & Documentation – Maintain records for compliance audits and inspections.
5. Inspection & Maintenance of Cargo Lifting Gears
Routine Inspection – Conduct scheduled checks on lifting gears such as slings, shackles, chains, spreader bars, hooks, and lifting belts. Visual & Structural Checks – Look for wear, deformation, corrosion, and damage that may affect performance. Lubrication & Preventive Maintenance – Ensure proper lubrication of moving parts to prevent rust and wear.
Requirements:
∙ High school diploma.
∙ A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar.
∙ Excellent knowledge of inventory management software.
∙ Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices.
∙ With valid Forklift License.
∙ Valid Class 3 License will be advantage.
