Design for Change Singapore is looking for a Senior Program Managers to continue its outreach in schools, community and corporate sector. The person will play a pivotal role in continuing our vision of building the ‘I CAN’ mindset in every child in Singapore. (www.dfcsingapore.com)

Job Requirement
- Ability to recognise and harness opportunities to design and execute programs in schools and special projects with community partners.
- Recognise opportunities and develop programs; planning and executing sales and marketing activities
- Good understanding and application of program design, pedagogical models, and management of processes preferably in K-12 or tertiary level education, is a must
- Experience in facilitating children, youth and / or adults will be an essential for the role.
- Knowledge and application of design thinking will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of educational business and be comfortable with revenue targets. Familiarity and experience in working with the Singapore school system will be an advantage.
- Manage business activities of the programs focusing on the financial and strategic growth of the unit.
- Maturity to adapt to changes and being creative and agile; things don’t always go as planned. Committed to the business and its social impact, ready to roll up the sleeves to get things done.
Your Responsibilities
- Program Management: Manage all aspects of coordination and execution of school programs to ensure operational excellence and fulfil learning outcomes.
- Program Development and Proposal Writing: Assist the management in proposal writing and program development
- Facilitation: Lead workshops and school programs using design thinking and experiential learning approaches.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure program success and trust in the DFC brand
- Trainer Management: Oversee management of a diverse trainer pool, from recruitment, training and program delivery.
- Assist the management team in marketing activities and other administrative task related to the role to achieve financial and impact-driven targets.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in either education, facilitation, projects management is essential. Experience in education management or working with school will be preferred.
- Experience in using design thinking, and other frameworks in development and execution will be an added advantage.

Who you may be?
- You may have minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, teaching or training and development.
- Relevant experience with children and / or youth will be preferred.
- You may be an experienced senior teacher; or senior manager in training and development or experience in designing program in schools/ Institute of Higher Level or instructional designer
- You are creative in engaging your participants through your programs and facilitation.
- You are a problem solver with an I CAN mindset to recognise opportunities and biased towards action.
