Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 3 years of experience in computer programming mainly in application development.
  • Strong logical intellect and is capable of solving complex problems on his own.
  • Strong sense of conceptualizing, creating and executing program modules

Technical Requirements

  • Strong working experience and knowledge in Java, Android application & iOS application development
  • Strong working experience and knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS & WordPress
  • Strong working experience and knowledge in System Development both mobile and web

Attributes

  • A positive, self-motivated attitude and team working skills
  • Able to work independently but able to collaborate when necessary
  • Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
  • Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Android Studio is required. React.js, Architectural Design, Automated Testing, Java, and ASP.NET MVC are recommended skills for this role.

Develop innovative and user-friendly mobile applications using Android Studio
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure application functionality meets business needs

  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile application development

  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience

What We Look For In You:

  • Over 6 years of development experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing teams of 5 or more.
  • Deep understanding of mobile development methodologies and engineering architecture, with a strong initiative and proven ability to drive results.
  • Proficient in defining and tracking key metrics, assigning roles effectively, and managing resources to achieve organizational goals.
  • Experienced in setting and communicating team priorities that align with organizational objectives.
  • Capable of defining technical direction and roadmaps to deliver high-quality features and enhance engineering productivity.
  • Adept at designing, guiding, and reviewing system architectures to address complex challenges.
  • Exemplifies leadership qualities, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity while building and retaining high-performing teams.
