Cyrus is currently looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring that daily orders are fulfilled efficiently. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute by introducing innovative ideas aimed at enhancing our logistics and warehouse processes. Your insights and creativity will be valuable in driving improvements and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
to solve Logistics, warehouse operation issues, managing the inventory level and fulfil daily orders. You will also be required to implement new ideas to improve our logistics and warehouse operation processes.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspecting of Goods: To verify the quantity of goods, inspect for damages and report discrepancies
- Inventory Management: To tidy and organise all inventory and maintain accurate records for accurate monitoring
- To conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Order fulfilment: To retrieve and pack shipment orders according to delivery schedules, and coordinate with inter-departments for deliveries and pickups.
- Warehouse Organization: To ensure inventory are well organised and stored at stipulated locations so as to achieve and maintain warehouse 5S standard.
- General Support: To initiate and collaborate on work improvements projects to improve processes and work environment.
- To ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum secondary education, Higher Nitec, or equivalent
- Basic English Language skills
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office is required.
- Valid Forklift license is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS system is a plus
- Physical fitness to carry goods up to 25kg.
- Key attention to detail and monitoring of inventory quality.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
