Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and experienced trainers, facilitators, and course developers to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering Generative AI courses that are practical, industry-focused, and aligned with modern AI-powered applications. The successful candidate will be the lead trainer for the courses they develop and will be given priority to train across all course runs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update course materials for Generative AI training.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions both on-site at Tanjong Pagar and online through e-learning platforms.
  • Engage with students to ensure a hands-on and interactive learning environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Quanterra team to enhance the overall training experience.

Course Topics Include (But Not Limited To):

  • Introduction to Generative AI and NLP Models
  • Understanding ChatGPT, Gemini, and Other AI Chatbots
  • Prompt Engineering for Effective AI Interactions
  • Automating Workflows with Generative AI
  • AI-Generated Content for Marketing, Writing, and Business Applications
  • Ethical AI Usage, Bias Considerations, and Responsible AI Practices
  • AI-Powered Customer Support, Chatbots, and Virtual Assistants
  • Customizing AI Responses for Industry-Specific Needs
  • AI in Research, Data Analysis, and Decision Support
  • And many more within the generative AI and business automation domain.

Remuneration

  • Daily rate: $480 - $1200, with revenue-sharing incentive bonuses based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

General Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in training, facilitation, or education in artificial intelligence, NLP, or business automation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for teaching and helping individuals apply AI in real-world scenarios.
  • ACLP certification (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) is advantageous but not required.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.

Specific Skills and Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in generative AI, NLP models, and chatbot automation.
  • Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and AI-powered content creation platforms.
  • Experience in business automation, digital marketing, or AI-enhanced productivity workflows.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in AI, machine learning, or NLP, such as Google Cloud AI Engineer, Microsoft Certified AI Engineer, or equivalent AI training credentials.
  • Ability to design and develop structured, industry-relevant course materials.
