Job Title: Accounts & HR Executive
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic Accounts & HR Executive to join our team in the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing both accounting and human resources functions within the organization. This role requires a versatile individual who can handle financial tasks as well as manage HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and processing invoices.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable ensure timely payments and collections
- Assist in costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Generate financial reports for management review and analysis.
- In-charge of Petty Cash and other administrative task.
HR
- Handle payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
- Work pass applications and IRAS submission (IR21 and IR8A).
- Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and improve company employee handbook.
- Maintain employee records, handle performance evaluations, and address employee relations issues.
- Support management in strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and HR roles within the F&B industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and payroll processing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to tasks.
