Purpose of Job
· To conceptualise, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate projects pertaining to fundraising and donor, partner and volunteer engagement & management and communications

Scope
· To conceptualise, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate fundraising initiatives and strategies
· Manage and execute fundraising projects with budget and schedule
· Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners and volunteers.
· Implement cloud-based Donor Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of organisation’s donor management database.
· Raise funds by sourcing for sponsorships and donations from individuals and corporate
· Write proposals and appeal letters that could attract donors, including application for funding grants
· Prepare and give presentations to potential individual and corporate stakeholders
· Maintain and grow database of sponsors and donors to advance digital donations
· Ensure compliance with corporate governance, Charities Regulation and regulatory requirements of the agency and Singapore law
· Conceptualise and implement volunteer programmes/events within budget, funding mechanism and timeliness.
· Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with donors, partners and volunteers.
· Implement cloud-based Volunteer Management solutions to improve operational efficiency and IT security of organisation’s volunteer management database.
· Match volunteers to organisation needs and volunteer interests.
· Develop effective strategies to recruit new volunteers, conduct screening, interview and orientation.
· Identify suitable and effective training platforms for volunteers and train staff on volunteer management.
· Plan and organise formal and informal engagement programmes for volunteers including annual volunteer appreciation event.
· Manage volunteer registration, resource allocation, duty roster and track participation.
· Supervise volunteers and manage their service quality.
· Raise the awareness of organisation volunteer programmes.
· Develop and maintain volunteer programme materials, such as application forms, policies and procedures, orientation handbook, etc.
· Manage volunteer communication collaterals, such as emails, EDM, event invitation, newsletter, etc.
· Proactively interact with online communities across all platforms and using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversation and report on metrics
· Involve in planning, design and production of publicity materials
· Maintain and provide updates to Corporate websites and social media platforms.
· Manage all public and media relations and corporate communications functions which include social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, press release, etc.
· Provide support and conduct presentations to promote the services and programmes of organisation
· Network with stakeholders, community partners, social and welfare service agencies
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· 3-5 years of relevant work experience in community partnership and fundraising in social service agencies/IPC charities is preferred.
· Bachelor degree in related field.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,200.00 - $4,900.00 per month
