  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Sales, customer service and relationship management
  • Actively manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and messaging applications
  • Providing sales service & consultation to all potential customers
  • Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow-ups
  • Prepare quotations, invoice generation & payment collections
  • Working with Team to formulate marketing promotions and collateral
  • Building relationship with Co-working space, Self Storage and E-commence fulfilment centre customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong sales and relationship management
  • Customer Service oriented, friendly, cheerful, and self-motivated
  • Team player and can work independently as well
  • Enjoys building sales relationships with prospective clients
  • Professional service mind-set and takes pride in building a brand experience for the customers

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years sales, customer service, and relationship management
  • Cold/warm sales phone call experience an advantage
  • Consumer-facing experiences including retail sales an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with using software applications
  • Malaysians are welcome to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
