  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and creative trainers, facilitators, and course developers to lead our Personal Branding course. This role involves designing and delivering interactive, actionable sessions to help learners enhance their professional image and effectively position themselves for career or business success. The successful candidate will serve as the lead trainer and receive priority across all upcoming course runs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and update engaging course content focused on personal branding and professional image.
  • Facilitate live training sessions both in-person and virtually.
  • Use real-world examples and case studies to guide learners through practical applications.
  • Evaluate learner outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quanterra team to maintain the course’s relevance and effectiveness.

  • Understanding the Fundamentals of Personal Branding
  • Crafting Your Unique Value Proposition
  • Storytelling and Brand Narrative Development
  • Social Media and LinkedIn Branding Strategies

  • Digital Footprint and Online Reputation Management
  • Branding for Career Advancement and Entrepreneurship
  • Speaking, Networking, and Thought Leadership Techniques
  • And many more within the personal branding and professional development domain

Remuneration

  • Daily rate: $480 - $1200, with additional revenue-sharing incentive bonuses.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

General Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in professional development training, coaching, or communication skills facilitation.
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • ACLP certification is a plus but not required.
  • Must be legally able to work in Singapore.

Specific Skills and Expertise:

  • Expertise in branding, communications, career coaching, or image consulting.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, or personal website building tools.
  • Background in marketing, HR, or executive coaching is advantageous.
  • Ability to design practical, results-driven training content for diverse professionals.
