Job Scope
As a Programme Executive, you will be involved in program execution and client management to ensure delivery of program objectives, operational success, and evaluation of the various programmes with the schools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Program management for execution of school and other special programs
  • Manage the proposals process for school programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with educational and community organization to execute various components of the program
  • Trainer Management: Manage the workshop allocation, execution and maintain trainer records for efficient program delivery
  • Organize regular Trainer engagement and training to ensure quality of delivery of the program. Conduct some trainings in the schools as a trainer
  • Assist in managing all on-going marketing and promotional activities.
  • Other administrative tasks related to the activities carried out by the organization

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma /Degree in Business /Education/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience preferably in facilitation, curriculum design and / or education management.
  • Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth
  • A team player with an ability to work with different stakeholders at different professional levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; some proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa --Malaysia would be added advantage.
  • Experience in digital design and Knowledge of or interest in curriculum design would be an added advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full time role / Part time (minimum 30 hours a week)
