  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We’re hiring on behalf of LG H&H Singapore – a premium Korean beauty & skincare brand behind names like THE WHOO and THEFACESHOP.

As part of their growing team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on E-Commerce Executive to support daily operations, campaign launches, social content, and inventory coordination.

What You’ll Do:



Support day-to-day e-commerce activities across platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and the brand’s websites


Coordinate livestreams & digital campaigns aligned with brand objectives


Work closely with external enablers for smooth backend operations


Assist in campaign planning, inventory monitoring, and order tracking


Update product listings, maintain online stores, and support launches


Handle administrative duties like data entry, reporting, and invoicing



Who We’re Looking For:



Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1 year of e-commerce experience


Prior exposure to beauty/skincare industry preferred


Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, and MS Excel


A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
