Responsibilities

1. Digital Banking Data Governance & Security
  • Develop and implement a digital-first data governance framework tailored to cloud-native banking.
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security across all digital banking operations.
  • Establish automated data governance workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Define data access controls and classification models to enhance data security.
2. Data Quality & Risk Management
  • Implement real-time data quality monitoring for fraud detection, credit risk assessment, and AML.
  • Ensure high-quality customer, transaction, and financial data to support AI-driven decision-making.
  • Establish automated anomaly detection models to flag suspicious activities.
  • Define and monitor data lineage and impact analysis to improve traceability and accuracy.
3. Cloud-Native Data Management & API Integration
  • Optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data streaming for digital banking operations.
  • Support multi-cloud data integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality.
  • Ensure secure API-based data exchange across fintech partners and banking platforms.
  • Implement metadata management, data cataloging, and automated governance controls.
4. AI-Driven Data Analytics & Insights
  • Enable AI-powered insights for customer personalization, transaction monitoring, and credit scoring.
  • Implement real-time data ingestion and processing to support AI/ML models for predictive analytics.
  • Define data standards for AI/ML pipelines, ensuring compliance with ethical AI practices.
5. Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with IT, business, compliance, and risk teams to implement data-driven initiatives.
  • Align data governance strategies with ANEXT’s product roadmap and digital banking vision.
  • Provide governance controls for Open Banking APIs, ensuring secure and compliant data sharing.
  • Lead training and best practice sessions on data governance, security, and analytics.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Develop real-time dashboards and governance scorecards for data quality monitoring.
  • Automate regulatory and business intelligence reporting to improve transparency and compliance.
  • Ensure audit-ready documentation with detailed data lineage tracking and governance policies.

Skills/Requirement

  • Digital Banking & Cloud Expertise: Strong experience in cloud-based, API-driven banking environments.
  • Data Governance & Quality Management: Experience in data governance frameworks, metadata management, and security best practices.
  • Cloud & Big Data Technologies: Proficiency in AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda), Azure (Synapse, Data Factory), or GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow).
  • API & Open Banking Knowledge: Understanding of Open Banking API frameworks, security, and fintech integrations.
  • AI & Machine Learning Exposure: Experience with AI/ML-driven data governance, real-time risk analytics, and fraud detection models.
  • Stakeholder Management & Execution Skills: Ability to collaborate across IT, compliance, and digital product teams to execute governance initiatives.
