  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle Project Support in Multiple Platform, Squads and Projects to be able to deliver the following but not limited to:
    • Prepare meeting logistics, presentation decks and minutes for Project/Platform related meetings
    • Support handling of Platform Financial and assist in preparing the project rolling forecast and track financials, highlighting issues to the Project Manager.
    • Follow up on weekly progress reports with Project Managers and track issues and risks logs.
    • Update PPM information (Project & Financial related), alerting the Project Manager for any overdue items
  • Leading discussion with Group stakeholders
  • Leading Business submissions including review council meetings, Planning and budgeting meetings, monthly Corporate MIS, Financials, Cashflows and Chairman reporting, preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, budget-to-actuals, and financial projections. Etc
  • Preparation of BRC, Planning and Budgeting and Monthly MIS
  • Assisting in implementation of Hyperion and ensuring smooth integration with SAP
  • Handling information technology landscape such as SAP, Digital growth, Develop sharepoint, evaluate softwares for Branch management, Cyber Security , Infra management, Datalake quicksight, microsoft licensing in close coordination with IT team.
  • Provide necessary reports to the management on periodic basis
  • Leading Digital projects for the organisation in close coordination with CIO and CFO such as Qlikview, SAP, SAP Concur, RPA, Digital Signature, exploring new digital products, etc
  • Manage Negotiations for all IT commercial proposals

Requirement:

  • Visible technical leadership skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Financial technology background experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex situations and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to anticipate potential risks and activities required to meet project requirements.
  • Ability to share technical knowledge and train internal support team is highly desired
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Have good knowledge in SAP, Hyperion, cyber security.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial tracking and reporting.
