As a Community Engagement & RISE (Rising in Support of Enterprises) Programme Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in programme management, event coordination, and community building. Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, venue management, and communication with speakers and participants.
- Coordinate participant registrations and maintain communication with attendees.
- Help develop collaterals and manage event promotion through social media, email newsletters, and other channels.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of feedback to evaluate the success of each training session.
- Collaborate with the programme team to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality experience for participants.
- Support the engagements of select Trade Association Chambers (TACs) to build relationships, deepen knowledge of women entrepreneurs in their membership, and explore collaboration opportunities for Singapore Women Entrepreneurs Network (SG-WEN) to support them.
- Conduct research and analysis on women chapters / women entrepreneur networks in Singapore to develop a consolidated resource of essential information about women entrepreneur networks.
Requirements
- Preferably pursuing a degree in Communications, Business.
- Must be able to commit to a minimum three-month full-time internship from May onwards.
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management and community engagement will be advantageous.
