As the Talent Onboarding Experience Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the onboarding journey by designing an engaging and dynamic half-day company orientation programme for new joiners. This programme will be an integral part of the existing onboarding journey, enhancing awareness, fostering engagement, and aligning new employees with SBF’s vision and purpose. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact project that directly influences the experience of future employees and contributes to creating a welcoming and engaging workplace culture.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Study best practices in corporate orientation programmes and gather insights from employees to identify gaps and expectations.
  • Design an engaging, structured half-day orientation programme that aligns with SBF’s vision, values, and goals.
  • Propose innovative approaches such as interactive sessions, gamification, and digital tools for the programme.
  • Identify key content areas (SBF’s history, culture, values, strategic goals, etc.) and collaborate with internal teams to source and validate materials.
  • Develop presentation materials, videos, and handouts as needed.
  • Coordinate with HR and relevant departments to ensure alignment and feasibility, and liaise with external vendors if needed.
  • Plan logistics, resources, and develop an implementation timeline and budget (if applicable).
  • Conduct trial sessions, gather feedback, and iterate the programme for improvements, and prepare a final report with recommendations for full-scale implementation.

Requirements

  • Preferably pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum three-month full-time internship from May onwards.
  • Possess strong research, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Have a passion for employee engagement and organisational culture.
