Our clients are looking for a Marketing & Personal Assistant to support their gym’s daily operations, marketing efforts, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in administrative work, marketing strategies, and content creation.
- Attend to potential clients’ inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Manage client appointments and attendance to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with trainers to promote current promotions and packages
- Understand membership packages and recommend suitable options to potential members.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including social media management, promotional campaigns, and content planning.
- Edit videos and photos for marketing and branding purposes.
- Support event planning and brand promotion activities.
- Assist the Director in managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, document preparation, and operational support.
- Assist director with professional and personal tasks.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administration, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and basic video/photo editing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,100.00 per month
