Assistant Manager/Manager Programmes, Secretariat to MigrantWell Singapore
MigrantWell Singapore (MWS), an initiative by the Singapore Business Federation Foundation (SBFF) and Donors Khoo Teck Puat and Ng Teng Fong Estates, is dedicated to enhancing migrant workers' health and well-being in Singapore. The Secretariat oversees MWS’s operations, aligning its programmes with its mission to address healthcare gaps and promote better outcomes for the migrant worker community and its employers in Singapore.
The candidate will support the Head of Secretariat to shape and deliver healthcare initiatives for migrant workers through engagement with key partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings project implementation and reporting expertise, combining delivery excellence with people-skills. This role requires an individual with attention to detail, an ability to manage change and multiple priorities, and able to thrive in both self-directed and team settings.
Responsibilities
- Implement portfolio of programmes, including its research, design, delivery, evaluation, and growths plan to achieve organisational targets.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with relevant stakeholders to support strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among partners and stakeholders, including meetings and engagements.
- Monitor and report on programme performance metrics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and impact statements for stakeholders.
- Handle administration and any other responsibilities and duties assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of proven experience in programme implementation/project coordination.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and open to change, adapting quickly to new situations, roles and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Passion for social impact and experience working with vulnerable communities is a plus.
