Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Assist the Chief of Staff in managing reports and communications
- Organize and maintain documents, presentations, and reports for the Chief of Staff and executive team (E.g. support meetings COS runs and support - LT Meetings, Exco Meetings, SLC meetings and SLC members engagement - notetaking, coordination of follow-ups)
- Communication & Coordination:
- Help draft emails, memos, and other communication as needed (E.g. Bi-weekly GCEO report, Monthly All Hands CEO message)
- Project Management:
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
- Coordinate and track progress on key initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved (E.g. support me on tracking LT strategic tasks, administrative support for projects like the MVP refresh)
- Research & Data Analysis
- Conduct ad-hoc research and analysis (E.g. Support creation of slides for Business)
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Political Science, or related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights or recommendations
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player with commitment and initiative
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing needs, and take on new challenges as they arise
