Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Business Development
- Undertake and complete the full project lifecycle assigned, write reports and presentations to communicate project results.
- Be exposed to projects relating to business operations and is expected to understand planning & operations systems, applications, business processes and industry relevant solutions.
- Identify and make new contacts within Singapore-based key clients.
- Evaluate potential fit of prospects by conducting market research with available tools and resources to determine which partnerships have the highest potential to pursue.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients.
2. Sales Support Operations
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads.
- Respond to and convert inbound enquiries via various channels.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and communicate timelines and requirements.
- Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer relationships, accounts and contracts.
- Manage billings.
- Other ad-hoc tasking where necessary.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Business, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
- Able to commit for at least 6 months preferably.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
Allowance:
- $9 - $15/hour depending on commitment period
Working Hours:
- 2-3 days per week
- Between Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)
- Open for discussion depending on school timetable
