Responsibilities:
- Create and submit detailed job orders based on user requests or project requirements.
- Prioritize job orders based on the urgency and impact, assigning them to appropriate technical teams.
- Monitor the progress of job orders, ensuring timely completion within agreed deadlines
- Maintain and manage relevant technical databases.
- Generate detailed reports and date and conduct relevant reports tracking.
- Monthly Preventive Maintenance(PM) schedule for technician person in charge to sign and approve by Operations Manager
- Raise Replenishment Order (RO) for operational spare parts
- Spare Parts inventory management
- Provide technical assistance to engineers and technicians in admin matters
- Schedule administrative meetings and manage technical files and records in an organized manner.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1 year relevant office support/business operations experience
- IT savvy, good in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with various departments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,600.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
