  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The intern will work on implementing a model that allow for job-matching of candidates? CVs to job descriptions of the positions in a way that optimises the recruitment processes. The model will evaluate and compare the content of CVs with the job requirements to recommend the best job matches for candidates.

You can expect:
Hands-on experience working with AI models in a real-world setting.
Automate processes and integrate learning models into practical HR applications.
Collaboration- work closely with cross-functional team, including HRAT and Recruitment, to develop the ability to communicate complex ideas and work effectively in a team setting. a

Requirements:
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Programming or a related field.
