Job Description:
- Provide general office administrative support, including involvement in office equipment maintenance, and order office supplies.
- Responsible for Job Posting, coordination of interview
- Send and follow-up on Client Feedback Survey for on-going & completion project
- Manage the registration process for training courses for workers
- Liaise with training vendor on training matters
- Work Pass renewal/application
- Dormitory arrangement for the workers and service apartments arrangements
- Handle workers’ timesheet
- Create attendance reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
- Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- GCE O Levels or any Diploma
- CEI Certified
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
