Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
- Maintain high service standard and do well in internal and Mystery Shop audit.
- Handle and respond to face-to-face, phone and email feedback and enquiries from member of the public and retailers
- Handle gift/room stay Certificates Sales.
- Handle multiple mall marketing redemptions at one time. (E.g. Spring/Summer Promotion, A Generous Treat, etc.)
- Handle Discover the Shoppes redemption for VIP.
- Perform secondary duties including but not limited to Personal Shopping, VIP Buggy Service, Luxury Shoeshine Service, etc. (training will be provided).
- Support supervisor in daily operations.
- Conduct OJT training for new Guest Service Agents.
- Conduct the Sales of Gift Certificate training for new seller.

Experience
- Minimum (2) years' experience in customer service related role
Other Prerequisites
- Relevant experience in hospitality environment.
- Have basic knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude.
- Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
