Learning Support Teacher (Kindergarten & Elementary)
The Kindergarten & Elementary School are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Teacher to join our Educational Intervention Services (EIS) Team. The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion and supporting all students to meet their individual potential. They will work with individual students and small groups in our Kindergarten and/or Elementary School to provide support to access the curriculum.
Position requirements:
- International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) and/or International Primary Curriculum (IPC) experience is preferred.
- International school teaching experience is required.
- Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) / Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) qualifications and experience would be an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of supporting students with additional learning needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with parents, students, teachers, school administration and external agencies when necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and participate in the wider school community.
- Exemplary verbal and written English.
- Excellent time management and adaptability.
- Good references on request.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is required.
- Professional current teaching certification is required.
