Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
  • Monitor bar performance and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Hire, train, schedule, and manage bartenders and bar staff.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and address any staff-related issues.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Ensure customers receive top-tier service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Foster customer loyalty by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Oversee ordering, receiving, and storage of beverages and bar supplies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste through proper stock management.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar equipment.
  • Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze sales performance.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
