Job Descriptions

  • Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities throughout construction projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, approved plans and project deadlines.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination and implementation of M&E system installations and commissioning processes.
  • Supervise M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work while maintaining safety standards and fulfilling contractual commitments.
  • Monitor the progress of M&E works, providing regular updates and status reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and other departments to resolve technical challenges, address discrepancies and ensure the seamless integration of M&E systems with other building elements.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory standards, building codes and quality control requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors on M&E-related matters, facilitating clear communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations during the installation and commissioning of M&E systems.
  • Prepare and submit required M&E documentation, progress reports and updates in line with the project timeline.
  • Perform other administrative tasks delegated by management.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in overseeing development projects or managing facilities in the M&E sector, with a focus on building services.
  • Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid technical knowledge of M&E services.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
