Aviation Materials Planner/Purchaser & Logistics
Asian Corporate Aviation Management Pte Ltd is the largest, privately owned, turn-key VIP aircraft management organisation in the Asia-Pacific region. Our company is an International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations (IS-BAO) accredited company, holds membership with both the NBAA & ASBAA and manages the flight operations of private aircraft worldwide.
Role & Responsibilities:
· reporting to Director of maintenance, independent role
- Coordinate with the Airworthiness and Maintenance divisions for all matters related to aircraft spare parts and components, materials for aircraft maintenance, and logistics
- Coordinate with the Finance division for all financial matters related to aircraft parts and components, materials for aircraft maintenance, and logistics
- manage the provision and logistics for aircraft parts and tooling, overseeing company's warehouse management
· obtain and review quotations for the purchasing and provision of aircraft parts
· manage the shipping and distribution flow of aircraft parts worldwide
· coordinate the provision of aircraft spares under the various OEM parts programs
- Manage an inventory system for aircraft parts & materials, and aircraft related objects
Requirements:
- at least 3+ years of relevant working experience in business aviation
- basic computer skills required including MS Excel
- self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
- knowledge of materials planning and logistics functions and critical deadline requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Business Aviation: 2 years (Preferred)
- material planner: 3 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
