Perform AR closing and report
Account Payable

Prepare payment to suppliers
Perform AP closing and report
Liaise with vendor for monthly reconciliation
Monthly Closing
Prepare bank reconciliation
Prepare sales reconciliation
Prepare sales reports
Others
UAT for relevant module
Any other task assigned
General Administrative Duties
Provide guest reception services, including serving drinks as needed, and managing courier deliveries.
Oversee office maintenance, including the management of office equipment (e.g., copier, lighting), procurement of stamps, and ensuring sufficient pantry and stationery supplies.
Ensure the availability of drinking water and manage office safety matters, such as fire extinguisher inspections and electrical installation licenses.
Manage incoming office calls and the organization of cleaning duties.
Arrange for flowers or fruit baskets for hospitalized employees, as required, and coordinate courier and mail services.
Handle internal claims (e.g., business trip expenses, entertainment, taxi) and review and arrange approval for incoming bills and invoices.
Perform errands to banks, embassies, and government bodies, and maintain an updated welcome list, if applicable.
Manage business card distribution, office key inventory, employee seating arrangements, and announcements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Accounting
At least 2 years in Accounting
Able to commit a period of 6 months for maternity cover
