Job Summary:
We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. As a Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt and professional assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by providing excellent sales support, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, and promoting products effectively.
Maintain high product quality standards. Regularly check product expiry dates and quality, ensure sufficient stock levels, report defects promptly, and manage trial/sample packs effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Adhere to KKV's merchandising standards and assist with general store maintenance tasks.
Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 'O' Levels / ITE or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you love interacting with people!
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft Office).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) only.
