Job Scope:
- Carefully take over freshly made pastries from the kitchen, pack them according to shop standards, and ensure they remain in perfect condition for customers and deliveries.
- Manage and fulfill online orders, coordinate with the kitchen team for preparation, and ensure accurate and timely packaging and dispatch.
- Assist walk-in and online customers by answering inquiries about pastry ingredients, allergens, and recommendations, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Process payments via cash, card, or digital platforms, issue receipts, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Keep the shop clean, ensure pastry displays are well-stocked and visually appealing, and follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Other duties are assigned.
